2.材料介紹
Incoloy alloy 925 is an agehardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, titanium and aluminum.
2.1 The characteristics of Incoloy 925:
high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion when in Halide and H2S contained acid media.
Good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking
exceptional strength up to 1000°F (538°C).
2.2 The applications of Incoloy 925:
Oil industry, including tool joints, tubular products, and parts for intermediate sour-gas wells
Power plants condensation and pipe system in the use of sewage water to cool water
Polished bar in the orrosive oil wells
Marine and pump shafting and high-strength piping systems
